Many of us value discretion when it comes to shipping. Shipping Department will be printed on the shipping label. SP BRACE SUPPLIES will be debited to your credit card.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free for all orders over $99. All other orders have a standard shipping rate of $12.
What is your return policy?
We are unable to return or exchange purchased toys and supplies due to the intimate nature of the products we sell. This is for our clients' health, safety, and peace of mind.
Any object meant to come into contact with any body part or fluid is non-returnable or resalable. These items are deemed used once they leave our warehouse and cannot be returned.
What if an item is defective?
If a defective item is discovered within 30 days of purchase, we will replace it with the same item. Please contact us to notify us of the problem. We will then send you an email with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) and information on how to return the product to us.
